Blonde

 

A blonde was bragging about her knowledge  of state capitals. She proudly says, ‘Go ahead,  ask me, … I know ’em all.’ A friend says, ‘OK, what’s the capital of Wisconsin  ?’ The blonde replies,’Oh, that’s easy .. it’s  W.’
