Fragile

Fragile  —- Sting, Chris Botti, Yo-yo Ma, Dominic Miller

Sting wrote Fragile using his real name of Gordon Sumner

If blood will flow when flesh and steel are one
Drying in the color of the evening sun
Tomorrow’s rain will wash the stains away
But something in our minds will always stay
Perhaps this final act was meant
To clinch a lifetime’s argument
That nothing comes from violence and nothing ever could
For all those born beneath an angry star
Lest we forget how fragile we are

On and on the rain will fall
Like tears from a star like tears from a star
On and on the rain will say
How fragile we are how fragile we are

On and on the rain will fall
Like tears from a star like tears from a star
On and on the rain will say
How fragile we are how fragile we are
How fragile we are how fragile we are

Removed the video of the original Sting  Fragile video because I couldn’t skip the advertisement.   The tacky adv. was even inserted into a widget version I saved some time ago.  The tacky adv. didn’t show at first.    Sorry.  Bear

Super Moon — June 23, 2013

I see the moon and the moon sees me,

The moon sees The One that I want to see

God bless the moon, and God bless me,

And God bless The One that I want to see.

God looked down from up above,

And he picked you out for me to love,

He picked you out from all the rest,

Cause he knew I’d love you the very best

I see the moon and the moon sees me,

The moon sees The One that I want to see

God bless the moon and God bless me,

And God bless The One that I want to see.

The most spectacular supermoon of the year – June 23, 2013

Posted: 18 Jun 2013 03:24 PM PDT

On June 23, 2013 we will experience a truly super supermoon. The full moon that falls on June 23, 2013 at 11:32 UTC, will not only be the closest to Earth for the year, but it will also appear the biggest full moon for 2013. It will also be about 30 percent brighter than an average full moon. Last supermoon was on May 24, 2013. And in 2011, we witnessed the moon’s closest approach in 19 years. Moon`s elliptical orbit is the main reason for the increase in its apparent size. About 50,000 km is the difference between the Moon`s apogee (it`s furthest point to Earth) and it`s perigee (it`s closest point to Earth). Apogee is the farthest point from the earth.Perigee is the closest point to the earth and it is in this stage that the moon appears larger. Looking at

Wash Your Spirit Clean — Walela

~Wash your spirit clean~
Give away the things you don’t need
Let it all go and you’ll soon see
And you’ll wash your spirit clean
Wash your spirit clean
Go and pray upon a mountain
Go and pray beside the ocean
And you’ll wash your spirit clean
Wash Your spirit clean
Be grateful for the struggle
Be thankful for the lessons
And you’ll wash your spirit clean
Wash your spirit clean
Give away the things you don’t need
Let it all go and you’ll soon see
And you’ll wash your spirit clean
Wash your spirit clean

The Gods Must be Crazy

“Kalahari bushman Xi (played by genuine bushman N!xau) is as surprised as the rest of his tibe when a Coke bottle, thrown from a passing plane, lands in the middle of their village. This “gift from the gods” proves to be a mixed blessing……….. To keep peace in the village, Xi is assigned to take the bottle to “the end of the earth” ………. and throw it back to the gods. ……………… This Botswanian comedy/melodrama was directed by Jamie Uys, who had helmed dozens of films before Gods and would make many more afterwards. Originally slated for limited domestic distribution in 1982, Gods Must Be Crazy was picked up for American consumption by 20th Century-Fox in 1984. Within a few weeks, “word of mouth” transformed Gods into the biggest foreign box office hit ever released in the U.S. ………………”
