Dismantling
Long lives
Of achievement
Invention
Learning
Adventure
What to
Archive
What to
Send
To which
Museum
Who to care
Take family
Archives
How to care
Take dependents
Who to care
Take death
Long deferred
Youthful fun
Extended as
Just reward
Victory
In war long
Past that
Never ends
Vultures
Neglected in
The nest
Circle
Too far away
Habituated
To carrion
Never fully
Fledged
They do
Not care for
Stories
Of absent
Parent’s
Glory
Curved beaks
Grin keep
Me informed
We are all
Too busy
Frail
Weak
Impatient
Fat
Puny
Far away
Committed
Have lives
Bad timing
Can’t
Round and round
Looping
Updrafts
Carry
Informed
Silence
A vulture’s
Loving homage

    • Thank you Lisa for the love you generate in this world. May it return to you threefold.

Ahhh, but the stories are excellent and the story tellers are gifted.

Patience is a quality (knock on wood) I do possess … well, until it runs out., anyway.

I also am fortunate enough to have the ability to ask leading questions, so I do get to listen … and sometimes hear more than was intended 😀

I hope and pray your mother is not suffering too much, and that you and your daughters have not inherited any such vulnerabilities ❤

Powerful. Impactful. Sounds like painful family dynamics.
