… and you? I cannot claim to be a Quaker. I am not so peaceful, nor humble, nor reticent in thoughts or actions,
Other Protestant denominations and even other religions, and ideologies, use the same or similar terms.
For me, for this little haiku, first came the photo, then the idea. Most of my (documented) ancestors where not Quakers … they were … other … bunches of different other 🙂 Perhaps each individual ancestor, in each generation, had their own generational outlook and practices.
