LET IT GO —Music Themes

Lisa chose the music theme LET IT GO for this week.

Lisa’s youngest daughter might recognize LET IT GO from FROZEN.  My granddaughter sings LET IT GO to me. She also sings all of the other songs from this animated Disney movie version of a Scandinavian “fairy tale”.  If she did not, I would not be aware of the song, or it’s lyrics. It seems I am over sixty years behind the times. “…The cold never bothered me, anyway …”

**Lisa and Johnny and all of their girls know this song. Hannah was the center ballerina in the winter program, all in white, dancing to this. The whole family sings all of the Frozen songs, in several different styles. **see comments

I have to say Disney songs make me barf marshmallows, although this one’s growing on me like fungus – Kidding! My little niece loves singing this song, incessantly, but ever so adorably with her playmates. Hey wait a minute, are we being MK-Ultra’d by Disney?! Quite possibly…

The Agnostic Mountain Gospel Choir is so pleasant to listen to, I started recommending them to my friends.
Bad is bad assed (which means good) 🙂
Now hold on, that’s not Muddy Waters! Then I realized the band’s named Seldom Scene singing a song called Muddy Water haha – not bad!
Mari Boine is astounding, I believe she’s singing in Norwegian, a shaman’s chant, the strong rhythmic beating of drums, cry of the eagle soaring, enchanting! I luv it.
My that is a powerful ending to an enduring theme, this is quite an environmental wake up call. We definitely have to fight back on behalf of our mother earth. This greed and corruption will inevitably kill all of us. Sadly we’ll take all of life down with us.
Thanks for sharing another great post, this one has got me thinking. ♥

    • Well being ultra’d only works if your parents are operatives. In your case, it might be that you niece’s parents and your parents might be KGB you would know if they were CIA, so that can’t be it. KGB is defunct so you would not know if anyone was KGB. They pioneered Manchurian/Peking duck control chips which are now sold as GMO corn to banned European countries and Alaska so that tea parties can dump them in Kamkatchka. that is why it is MK Manchurian Kamkatchka. The ultra scam brain chip dipped in the volcanic northern waters. Nothing to do with silly songs of chips of the old block. The cold never bothered my anyway. Dontchaknow.

      Mari is singing in Sami.

I don’t think we will take all of life down with us. I think life is being changed, irrevocably, but no, not all gone.

I almost recorded them singing the frozen song. It was in their winter performance and Hannah was the center ballerina. I heard this song for months everyday as she practiced it for her performance and the other girls picked it up. Jonathan and I even started belting it out show tune style. When I saw my Hannah all in white dancing ballet to it on the stage in front of 700 people, I wept. I sat there with my oxygen hose in, being the most happy mother on earth for that moment.

Second song, learning to live with “it” is the most painful lesson that I have ever learned in my life. My heart is still very, very heavy from this lesson

Third song is excellent and the only solution I have found to that problem is to keep buying time. :/

Bad – All I can say is, “I’m wide awake. I’m not sleeping.”

The moment of surrender, I agree is bittersweet…

I think I may be afraid to fly again, but I am running down the runway regardless with determination.

I have thought about the light without darkness and I am not ready to endure the flame without the relief of night. Surely, I would burn to a crisp because I am not yet who I shall become. (That song moved me in spirit deeply)

As to what to let go… I know I have made the correct decision when I have peace, no matter how painful the choice.(Absolutely beautiful song)

…And yes, there comes a time when lines must be drawn, our ground must be stood and we must not allow certain behavior to go on. I stand with you on this.

Thank you, Bear. This was a beautiful experience today and it set my day in a wonderful peaceful, loving motion. I am so thankful for your insight. XXXX
