Summertime Sadness

Dear Hannah and Lizzie and Natalie,

Thank you so very much!! I love your drawings for your e-friends and I love the beautiful leaves all in a row on the porch and I especially love the photograph of yourselves. And I love your family, which includes you.

Thank you so very much.

Ye Olde’ Swamp Granny aka Bear

PS I don’t think I see a single ivy leaf, poison or otherwise. Unless the third leaf from the left at the top is one separated from it’s identifying buddies??? Of course it looks a lot like a rose leaf, also. I can’t see it too well, I think I may need new specs.

Thank you, Young Ladies, you have cheered a Not So Young Lady ๐Ÿ™‚ ๐Ÿ™‚

They are always amazed by you. The first thing they always say is, “are you reading Bear or Line?” โ™กโ™กโ™ก

    • I do not think I would share everything I write with youngsters. Much that I write is depressing and bitter, and would make sense (if at all) only to adults, and to only a very few adults, or maybe none (except myself). Even the cheerful stuff leaves a sour taste in the mouths of many. See, to me that last sentence is funny. I think many people deserve a bad taste in their mouths. Good thing you are a discriminating Mama, who can make those judgments about what to share, or not. ๐Ÿ™‚

By the by, my little brother did not acknowledge, in any way, that youtube clarinet person.

They just say, “Whatcha doin?” And lots of times I have answered reading about Bear. I think it’s your name that stuck. And yes I read them Line’s fairytale so that’s there next guess. Now it’s, “Are you reading, Bear?” And, ” Did Line write anything new?” I think they think that every time I’m reading blogs it’s yours, Willow’s or Morgan’s.

That clarinet thing has had me laughing and holding my sides begging for relief so I don’t have death from endorphins. I’m telling Emma. Hahaha!
