My language instructor had a HUGE dictionary, about 14″x16″x 10″ teeny print, thin paper, and we had the help of the one who bestowed this name …. yet we could only come close. 🙂
Roughly translates to : Long Life Powerful Woman , but with context nuance.
At that same time the language instructor’s wife (an acupuncturist) was gifted a name which we were delighted to learn was very close to: Eternal Life Goddess.

As close as I can figure, just now: Tse Wang Dol Ma = Source or Power of Sweetness Mother Goddess or Nurturing Goddess Were you told a translation? Am I close? Also I googled both (never did that before, dunno why I never thought of it) names ….. there are several folk with our names as their legal handles.
