ICS Lecture: “Tides and Currents of the Caribbean Sea”

As part of Conferencias Caribeñas 12 Series, the Institute of Caribbean Studies at the University of Puerto Rico-Rio Piedras invites the academic community and the public at large to the lecture “Las mareas y corrientes del Mar Caribe” [Tides and Currents of the Caribbean Sea] by Dr. Jorge Capella (CarICOOS). Dr. Maritza Barreto (Department of Geography, Faculty of Social Science, UPR-RP) will serve as commentator.

The lecture will take place on Thursday, February 14, 2013, at 1:00-3:30pm at the Manuel Maldonado Denis Amphitheatre in the Carmen Rivera de Alvarado Building (CRA 108), School of Social Sciences, UPR-RP.
